MerchantCardLeads · For payments professionals
Aged Merchant Leads from MerchantCardLeads are historical merchant-processing inquiries for payments representatives running reactivation outreach. Our aged pricing starts at $0.75 per lead, with a 25-lead minimum. You choose by inquiry age and sales history, then qualify current processing needs without treating an older inquiry as fresh interest or renewed consent.

An aged merchant lead gives you an earlier inquiry to revisit, not proof that the merchant is still shopping for processing. Your job is to establish whether the business still operates, who handles payments decisions and whether a processing issue remains unresolved.
Our aged leads are not live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call. They suit representatives who can handle historical context, verify current needs and stop pursuing merchants who decline further contact. Age and prior sales are separate buying considerations: an older inquiry may never have been sold, while a more recent one may already have reached several buyers. Neither condition establishes current buying intent.
We run our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns. Those campaigns display this disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Do not assume every historical imported inquiry carries that same disclosure or supporting history. Review the evidence associated with the inquiry you intend to contact.
Aged resale does not renew consent. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your outreach, including your choice of channel and technology. Your opt-in to buyer SMS alerts is separate from a merchant’s consent.
Our aged base prices are $6 for the 1–30-day tier, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for the 180+ tier, covering inquiries older than 180 days. The minimum aged order is 25 leads.
Sales history and profile completeness also affect pricing. Never-sold leads carry a 50% premium. Heavily worked leads—those with at least three prior sales—receive a 25% discount. A complete profile adds $1. Volume discounts are 10% at 100 leads and 20% at 500 leads. Review your selected order total rather than applying the lowest advertised price to every inquiry.
For comparison, shared leads are $25 each and reach up to three buyers; exclusive leads are $45 each. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads.
Start with age tier, then assess prior sales, industry, geography and processing-volume fit. Use available filters and profile details to narrow your selection to businesses your processor can support. Do not assume every merchant detail is available or that historical volume still describes the business today.
Our aged sales cap is five, and we do not resell an inquiry to a buyer who previously purchased it. That restriction helps you avoid paying us again for the same inquiry; it does not mean the merchant has received no outside outreach.
Keep never-sold and heavily worked selections distinct in your planning. The never-sold premium concerns our sales history, not a promise that the merchant has never spoken with another provider. The heavily worked discount reflects prior distribution, not an easier sales opportunity.
Before outreach, review inquiry age, available consent evidence and your own prior contact history. Apply your suppression procedures and determine which outreach methods are appropriate. Do not open with language suggesting the merchant just requested a call.
Once contact is appropriate, establish current relevance. Ask whether the merchant still accepts card payments, whether the decision-maker has changed and whether pricing, funding, equipment or integration needs justify a discussion. Reconfirm processing volume instead of building a proposal around an old estimate.
For heavily worked inquiries, avoid repeating a broad rate pitch. Identify whether any unresolved issue merits another conversation. Track meaningful outcomes such as a current need, a requested follow-up or a clear decline. A historical inquiry alone is not a reason for repeated contact.
Dashboard, email and webhook delivery support different ways of handling your purchases. You can use the dashboard for review, email for a representative-led process or a webhook to route inquiries into your CRM. Treat these as independent delivery channels rather than assuming one requires another.
For aged outreach, preserve inquiry age and available consent context when moving information into your sales process. Keep your original purchase history separate from your new outreach activity so representatives do not mistake an older inquiry for a recent request.
Limit merchant contact access to the people handling the account. Do not place purchased contact information in public examples or broadly accessible team documents. Buyer SMS alerts concern your notifications; they do not authorize text outreach to merchants.
Our aged return policy covers bad phone numbers within 72 hours. Check purchased inquiries promptly and report a bad number within that window, keeping a clear account of what you encountered.
Do not treat ordinary reactivation objections as return reasons. A merchant who already changed processors, declines a discussion or does not answer is different from a bad phone number. Inquiry age, prior outreach and changed business priorities are part of the evaluation you undertake when buying historical leads.
Plan your order around your review capacity. A larger volume discount should not push you into buying more inquiries than your team can inspect and organize promptly. The return policy is not a promise of contact, a qualified opportunity or a sale.
You can start with our 25-lead aged minimum, with no contracts and the option to pause anytime. Choose an age tier and a manageable mix of sales histories, then review applicable adjustments and volume discounts before purchasing. You do not need a request-pricing form to see our listed prices.
Set your CRM stages and suppression process before outreach. Separate purchases by age and prior sales so you can compare current conversations, qualification outcomes and representative effort without confusing a lower purchase price with a better commercial result.
Expand only when your team has a repeatable review and follow-up process. For help choosing an aged buying approach, contact our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.
Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.
By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
No contracts. Pause anytime.
Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

Consider the 50% premium when fewer prior buyers through our platform matters to your approach. Never-sold does not mean fresh, exclusive or currently interested. Compare that premium with age, processor fit and your team’s ability to establish a current need.
The $0.75 price is the base for inquiries older than 180 days. A complete profile adds $1, while sales-history adjustments and qualifying volume discounts also affect your total. Use the price for your actual selection when budgeting.
Do not treat that wording alone as authorization for your planned outreach. Review the inquiry’s available consent evidence and assess TCPA and DNC requirements for your use. Buying an aged inquiry does not create renewed consent.
Keep each tier identifiable in your CRM alongside available prior-sales information and purchase history. Reconfirm current needs during qualification, and compare outcomes by tier. We do not resell an inquiry to its prior buyer, but you should still check your own contact and suppression history.
