We sell each fresh shared inquiry to up to three buyers. You receive an opportunity to speak with a merchant about payment processing, not sole access to that conversation. Sharing does not increase merchant intent, and another representative may already be discussing a proposal when you connect.
These are not live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call opportunities. Your team owns contact attempts, qualification and the sales process. Shared leads fit representatives who can respond consistently and explain a specific processing solution. If your desk depends on being the only fresh platform buyer, consider our exclusive option instead.
Our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns attract merchant-services inquiries. Those campaigns display a consent disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Review that evidence before outreach and preserve it with your activity history. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach; buying an inquiry does not remove those duties.
Do not assume every historical imported inquiry carries this same disclosure. An aged purchase does not establish renewed consent. Your opt-in for buyer SMS alerts is separate from the merchant’s consent.
Our listed shared price is $25 per lead, compared with $45 for exclusive leads. Shared buying lowers the listed acquisition cost per inquiry while introducing competition from other fresh buyers. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads, so check the applicable price before purchasing.
Aged pricing follows inquiry age: $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for inquiries older than 180 days. Aged orders start at 25 leads. Lower aged prices reflect a different prospecting workflow, not an equivalent fresh opportunity.
Fresh exclusivity covers fresh platform distribution; it does not prohibit later aged resale disclosed in the terms. Choose based on your response capacity and prospecting method, rather than price alone.
Use the available filters to narrow your purchase around the merchants your processor can support. Start with industry and processing-volume fit, then consider geographic coverage and any restrictions in your provider relationships. A low acquisition price is not useful when you cannot place the merchant’s business.
For shared inquiries, relevance also helps you distinguish your first conversation. An e-commerce specialist should ask about checkout, recurring billing and fraud exposure rather than open with a generic rate pitch. A representative serving higher-risk businesses should first establish whether the business model fits a supported program.
Treat profile details as preparation for discovery, not a complete underwriting package. Confirm material facts directly with the merchant before proposing a solution.
Assign each inquiry to one representative on your team and make the first outreach relevant to the merchant’s request. Ask whether they are still evaluating processing and whether it is a good time to discuss their needs. Do not suggest that you alone received the inquiry.
Qualify the business model, monthly card volume, average transaction size, current provider, payment channels and reason for considering a change. Separate a pricing concern from operational problems such as funding delays, integration requirements or dispute handling. That distinction helps you avoid competing only on an unsupported savings claim.
If another proposal is already under review, ask what decision criteria remain unresolved. Agree on a concrete next step, document the conversation and honor opt-out requests. Repeated generic contact attempts are not a substitute for useful discovery.
Match delivery to how your representatives actually work. Dashboard access supports reviewing inquiries and consent evidence. Email delivery fits a monitored inbox with clear ownership. Webhook delivery supports routing into your sales systems, where you can assign responsibility and track follow-up.
Treat dashboard, email and webhook as independent delivery channels rather than a sequence your representative must complete. If you use more than one, prevent duplicate assignments and overlapping outreach from your own team. Shared distribution already creates external competition; your desk should not add avoidable confusion.
Buyer SMS alerts require a separate opt-in. Keep alert preferences distinct from the merchant’s outreach permissions and from your team’s responsibility to review consent evidence.
Review each purchase promptly and raise a return request within our 72-hour window. Identify the inquiry, describe the problem precisely and retain relevant outreach notes so the issue can be assessed. Keep a clear distinction between an unusable inquiry and a merchant who declines your proposal.
A competing representative reaching the merchant first is consistent with shared distribution. Likewise, a missed connection or an unsuccessful sales conversation does not by itself demonstrate an inaccurate inquiry. Return requests remain subject to the applicable product policy; the review window is not a blanket refund promise.
For aged purchases, the listed returnable reason is a bad phone number. Do not assume aged and fresh products have identical return terms.
Our packs are Starter at $250, Growth at $500 and Scale at $1,000. Custom packs start at $250. You can start without a contract and pause anytime; there is no request-pricing form needed to see our listed prices.
Before buying, choose your processor-fit criteria, delivery channels and responsible representative. Set a routine for reviewing new inquiries, checking consent evidence, recording contact attempts and escalating purchase issues within 72 hours. Buy at a pace your team can work attentively rather than allowing fresh inquiries to wait unassigned.
Review outcomes by qualification quality and sales progress, not merely contact attempts. For help selecting a practical starting approach, contact our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.
Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.
By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
No contracts. Pause anytime.
Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

Shared leads can be a poor fit if new inquiries sit untouched between blocks while other buyers respond. Arrange clear coverage for fresh inquiries, or consider whether an aged reactivation workflow better matches your schedule.
No. Our listed shared price is $25 per lead for your purchase. The inquiry can be sold to up to three buyers. High-risk or high-volume pricing can vary.
No. Review the captured disclosure and handle subsequent requests appropriately. You remain responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your outreach, including when other shared buyers are contacting the same merchant.
Assign one owner before outreach and keep a common activity history. If you receive dashboard, email and webhook delivery, route those notifications to the same ownership process rather than treating each notification as a separate opportunity.
