    MerchantCardLeads collects account and company details, contact information, lead preferences, delivery settings, payment and wallet activity, and signup attribution. Merchant lead submissions include business and contact details, consent evidence and source information.

    How we use and share information

    We use this information to operate buyer accounts, match and deliver leads, process payments, support customers and maintain consent records. Merchant details are shared with purchasing payment-processing providers for merchant-services outreach. Service providers process information needed for hosting, payment processing, email, SMS and requested CRM delivery. Card entry is handled by Stripe; MerchantCardLeads stores payment references and a masked card label rather than full card details.

    Your choices

    Buyers can update their preferences, pause delivery and change delivery channels in their account. Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent for merchant-services outreach, contact us. Buyers receiving merchant information are responsible for honoring opt-outs and applicable outreach laws.
