What do shared and exclusive merchant services leads cost?

At MerchantCardLeads, our shared merchant leads cost $25 each and may reach up to 3 buyers. Our exclusive merchant leads cost $45 each. You are choosing between a lower purchase price with buyer competition and a higher purchase price with exclusive fresh delivery.

That distinction matters when you allocate a sales budget. Shared leads can suit representatives who have the capacity to respond promptly and maintain consistent follow-up. Exclusive leads can suit teams that prefer less immediate buyer competition. Neither option guarantees a conversation, application or approved merchant account.

Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Evaluate exclusivity as a delivery policy, not a promise that the inquiry will never be offered again.

How much do aged merchant leads cost by age?

Our aged lead prices decrease across the age tiers below. The minimum aged order is 25 leads, so choose a tier your team can work methodically rather than buying solely on the lowest unit price.

    | Lead age | Price per lead | |---|---:| | 1–30 days | $6 | | 31–90 days | $3 | | 91–180 days | $1.50 | | 180+ days | $0.75 |

Age changes the sales task as well as the price. A merchant's earlier interest may no longer reflect their current processor, decision timeline or business needs. Your outreach should establish whether the original need remains relevant before moving into a processing proposal.

We recommend keeping results separate by age tier. A low purchase cost can be offset by additional outreach time, while a higher-priced, more recent inquiry still requires qualification.

What volume discounts can you use when buying leads?

    Our quantity discount thresholds are:

    | Order quantity | Discount | |---|---:| | 100 leads or more | 10% | | 500 leads or more | 20% |

Distinguish order quantity from a merchant's processing volume. Quantity discounts concern how many leads you buy; processing volume concerns the merchant opportunity you are purchasing. These affect your buying decision in different ways.

We recommend selecting order size from your team's outreach capacity, available budget and follow-up workload. Moving to a larger order just to reach a discount can leave you with more inquiries than your representatives can work effectively. Use the applicable order price when setting your spending cap, rather than assuming every lead category or additional price adjustment combines automatically.

Why can merchant risk and processing volume change the price?

Pricing can vary for high-risk and high-volume merchant leads. Those opportunities call for a different buying assessment than a standard shared or exclusive inquiry: your processor relationships, underwriting appetite and ability to serve the merchant all matter.

Before paying for a specialized opportunity, decide whether your available processing programs fit the business category and expected transaction activity. A higher-volume merchant is not automatically a better purchase if your team cannot support the account. Likewise, a high-risk inquiry should not be treated as an approval-ready application.

Lead type, age, risk, processing volume and order quantity should therefore be considered together. We recommend comparing opportunities you can actually serve, rather than treating the lowest advertised price as the full buying decision.

How should you budget beyond the price per lead?

Your lead invoice is only one part of acquisition cost. Include representative time, follow-up tools and account-servicing costs when judging whether a purchase makes business sense. Compare that total with retained merchant earnings over a payback period your business can support.

Our wallet packs are Starter at $250, Growth at $500 and Scale at $1,000. Custom packs start at $250. A wallet amount is a spending budget, not a fixed count of leads: the mix of shared, exclusive and aged purchases determines how you use it.

We have no contracts; you can pause anytime. Set a purchase ceiling before ordering and increase it only when your own account economics and team capacity support the decision.

What consent responsibilities come with the purchase price?

Our own campaigns display this consent disclosure:

“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. The purchase price does not remove those responsibilities, and an aged purchase does not renew consent.

Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant outreach permission. Account for consent review in your workflow before deciding how many leads your team can handle.

Which price should guide your next purchase?

Start with the sales motion you can support. Use our $25 shared price when planning a competitive fresh-lead workflow, our $45 exclusive price when prioritizing exclusive fresh delivery, and the aged tier table when building a lower-cost re-engagement plan.

Then narrow your purchase by merchant fit, age and manageable order size. Keep purchase cost and sales outcome separate: paying more changes what you buy, not what the merchant must do.

    Where these leads come from

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

What should you know before contacting a merchant?

Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

    No contracts. Pause anytime.

Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

What else do payments reps ask?

Is $0.75 the price for every aged merchant lead?

No. Our $0.75 price applies to the 180+ days tier. More recent aged tiers cost $1.50, $3 or $6 per lead.

Does a $500 Growth pack mean I receive the 500-lead discount?

No. The Growth pack is a $500 wallet amount. Our 20% quantity discount threshold is 500 leads, not $500 of wallet funding.

Does paying $45 mean an exclusive inquiry can never be resold?

No. Our $45 price covers exclusive fresh delivery. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale.

Should I use the standard shared price to budget for high-risk merchants?

Use it as the standard shared reference, not a universal specialized price. Pricing can vary for high-risk and high-volume leads, so base your budget on the opportunities you choose.
