MerchantCardLeads · For payments professionals
A prepaid lead wallet is your funded balance for buying merchant services leads from MerchantCardLeads. You add credit before purchasing, and we deduct each lead’s price from that balance. Our packs are $250, $500 and $1,000; shared leads cost $25 and exclusive leads cost $45. No contracts; pause anytime.

You fund your wallet with one of our three credit packs: Starter at $250, Growth at $500 or Scale at $1,000. We also offer custom packs starting at $250. Choose the amount around your available selling time and purchase budget, rather than treating a larger balance as a reason to buy more.
A credit pack funds purchases; it is not a commitment to a fixed number of leads. The number you can buy depends on the lead types and prices you select. For a payments representative, that distinction matters: you can plan your spending in dollars while choosing opportunities that fit your processor relationships and outreach capacity.
Our shared merchant leads cost $25 each, and our exclusive merchant leads cost $45 each. When you purchase a lead, its charge reduces your wallet balance. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads, so use the applicable purchase price when calculating how much credit you need.
For a hypothetical purchase example, a $250 wallet could cover four $25 shared leads and three $45 exclusive leads. Those purchases total $235, leaving $15. This is purchase arithmetic, not a forecast of sales results.
You are paying for merchant inquiry opportunities—not live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call services. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Your wallet controls payment for purchases; it does not change the distribution terms of the lead you choose.
Auto-recharge is an optional way to replenish your wallet rather than relying only on manual funding. It can suit a representative or team with a steady buying routine, provided the people responsible for purchases also monitor spending.
We recommend deciding your spending ceiling before enabling auto-recharge. Automatic replenishment should support your budget, not replace it. Review both your available balance and the amount you have already spent during your buying period; a funded wallet alone does not tell you whether you are staying within budget.
Manual funding may be a better fit when your prospecting hours vary or you want to review each additional funding decision. Either way, match purchases to the inquiries you can work promptly.
Our lead return window is 72 hours. Eligible, accepted returns receive wallet credits, not cash refunds. That credit goes back into your balance for future lead purchases, rather than back to your payment method.
Review purchases promptly so you can raise an eligible issue within the return window. Keep your return request focused on the reason for the return, not whether the inquiry became a processing account. A merchant already having a processor is not returnable, and aged lead returns are limited to bad phone numbers.
For your spending records, distinguish original funding, purchase charges and return credits. A return credit restores purchasing capacity; it is not merchant revenue or evidence that a campaign is profitable.
No contracts are required, and you can pause anytime. You do not need to keep buying simply because you previously funded a wallet. We recommend pausing purchases when your follow-up queue exceeds your capacity, your processor fit changes or your team cannot give new inquiries timely attention.
Keep the funding decision separate from the buying decision. Adding credit establishes your available purchase balance; choosing a lead creates the per-lead charge. That separation helps you avoid treating prepaid credit as a quota to exhaust.

Paying through a wallet does not provide blanket permission to contact a merchant. Our own campaigns display this disclosure:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Review that information before outreach and apply your own TCPA and DNC procedures. You remain responsible for the rules governing your calls and messages.
An aged lead purchase does not renew consent. Your opt-in to receive buyer SMS alerts is also separate from a merchant’s permission to receive your outreach. Wallet funding, purchase payment and outreach permission are distinct decisions.
Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
No contracts. Pause anytime.
Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

No. It is a $500 credit pack for your prepaid wallet, not a monthly lead subscription. We require no contracts, and you can pause buying anytime.
No. The pack amount funds your balance; it does not select your lead type. Your purchase choices determine the charges deducted from that balance.
We recommend budgeting from your current available balance, not a pending return request. Eligible returns restore wallet credit when accepted; submitting a request is not the same as receiving credit.
Not necessarily. Choose your funding amount around planned spending and outreach capacity. Auto-recharge is a replenishment option, not a reason to increase your lead budget.
