MerchantCardLeads · For payments professionals
Merchant leads give you a web-form inquiry to pursue; live transfers connect you to a merchant already on the phone. We sell web-form inquiries, not live transfers. Our fresh shared leads cost $25 and exclusive leads cost $45. Your choice depends on follow-up capacity, conversation timing and control—not price alone.

| Merchant Leads | Live Transfers | |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | Our merchant leads: web-form inquiries for your team to contact. | Live transfers: an active merchant phone conversation routed to your rep. |
| Price basis | Our fresh shared inquiries cost $25; fresh exclusive inquiries cost $45. Aged inquiries cost $0.75–$6. | Compare the provider’s quoted transfer charge and definition of a billable connection. |
| Intent signal | A form submission indicates interest; your rep confirms the current need. | A connection indicates immediate availability; your rep still confirms buying intent. |
| Rep control | You can review, assign and prepare before outreach. | Your rep generally needs to engage when the connection arrives. |
| Staffing requirement | You need ownership, outreach capacity and consistent follow-up. | You need phone coverage and a clear process for unavailable reps. |
| Distribution | Our fresh shared inquiries have up to three buyers; fresh exclusivity allows later disclosed aged resale. | Ask the provider about distribution and whether other buyers may contact the merchant. |
| Economic comparison | Include inquiry spend and rep outreach time in your cost per acquired merchant. | Include transfer fees, rep coverage and unsuccessful connections in the same calculation. |
With MerchantCardLeads, you buy a merchant’s web-form inquiry about payment processing. You still need to reach that merchant, understand the business and determine whether your processing offer fits. An inquiry is an opening for outreach, not a completed qualification or a promised conversation.
A live transfer is a different service: a provider connects a merchant’s active phone conversation to your representative. The connection can shorten the path to a discussion, but it does not establish underwriting eligibility or readiness to switch processors. We do not sell live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call services.
Our fresh shared inquiries cost $25 each and may be sold to up to three buyers. Fresh exclusive inquiries cost $45 each. Exclusivity concerns distribution, not the merchant’s willingness to answer or sign. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale.
Our aged prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. Aged orders have a $25 minimum. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads.
For a transfer offer, compare its actual quoted charge and billable-call definition against these inquiry prices. Do not assume either format is cheaper per acquired merchant. We offer no contracts; you can pause anytime.
A connected merchant is available to speak at that moment. That is useful, but availability and buying intent are different. Ask a transfer provider what the merchant was told before connection and whether the discussion concerns processing rates, an account problem or a new business need.
Our inquiries originate through our paid Facebook and Google campaigns. A submitted form expresses interest in merchant services, but your rep must confirm the reason for the inquiry. With aged inquiries, also confirm whether the need still exists. Neither a form submission nor a phone connection promises an application, approval or processing volume.
Our own campaigns display this consent disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. Do not treat the disclosure as permission for every possible campaign or assume an aged purchase renews consent. Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from a merchant’s disclosure.
Web-form inquiries let you review the inquiry before initiating contact. You can assign the opportunity to a rep familiar with the merchant’s industry and prepare relevant questions. That control comes with work: your team must manage attempts, responses and follow-up rather than wait for a connected call.
Transfers favor teams that can reliably receive conversations as they arrive. Ask how the provider handles busy reps, missed connections and transfers outside your coverage hours. If your reps are frequently in application reviews or merchant meetings, an inquiry workflow may fit better than a service requiring immediate phone availability.
Use available selection criteria to align inquiries with your processing capabilities. Industry, location, volume band and inquiry age can help you prioritize where shown; do not assume every inquiry includes every merchant detail. A useful match still needs a discovery conversation.
For transfers, ask whether matching happens before connection and how merchants outside your buying criteria are handled. For web forms, decide which details your rep must confirm before discussing a solution. A volume band can guide routing, for example, but it is not a substitute for reviewing the merchant’s actual processing needs.
Our dashboard, email and webhook delivery are independent channels for receiving and working inquiries—not stages of a phone transfer. You can review an inquiry in the dashboard, use email for rep visibility or use webhook delivery within your own workflow. None connects a merchant to your phone automatically.
Choose one clear owner for each inquiry so multiple channels do not trigger duplicate outreach. For a transfer service, the operational question is different: who answers immediately, and what happens when that person cannot? Evaluate delivery around your team’s actual working hours and responsibilities.
Our return window is 72 hours. For aged inquiries, the returnable reason is a bad phone number. A merchant who does not answer, has already chosen a processor or declines your offer is not the same as a bad phone number. Review purchases promptly and distinguish a contact issue from an unsuccessful sales attempt.
For live transfers, ask the provider to define a billable connection and its dispute terms before buying. Clarify treatment of disconnected calls, wrong parties and merchants outside agreed criteria. Compare written terms rather than assuming a transfer fee includes a meaningful sales conversation.
Our packs are Starter at $250, Growth at $500 and Scale at $1,000, with custom packs starting at $250. Before buying, choose shared, exclusive or aged inquiries, assign rep ownership and establish a follow-up routine. For help choosing an approach, contact our founder Chad Buchanan at (248) 686-6955.
If your objection is that reps need conversations rather than forms, include their outreach time in your evaluation. Track purchase cost, rep time, reached merchants, qualified discussions and acquired accounts. Compare those outcomes with any transfer offer using the same definition of a qualified discussion. A lower inquiry price helps only when your team can work the inquiries effectively.
Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
No contracts. Pause anytime.
Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

No. We sell web-form inquiries, not pay-per-call or live-transfer services. Your reps handle outreach after receiving the inquiry.
No. The $45 exclusive price changes distribution, not contactability. You still need to reach the merchant and confirm current needs; later disclosed aged resale remains possible.
That can fit a team with dedicated outreach capacity. Our aged inquiries cost $0.75–$6 each, but reps should expect to reconfirm the merchant’s need rather than treat them as waiting phone conversations.
No. Our webhook delivers inquiry information to your workflow. It does not place a merchant on the phone or arrange a conversation.
