You buy an inquiry from a merchant seeking payment-processing services, not an approved account or a promised placement. This category supports payments representatives working with businesses such as CBD, nutraceuticals, adult, credit repair and travel, where processor appetite and underwriting requirements can differ sharply.
Exclusive means one platform buyer at the fresh exclusive stage. It does not mean the merchant has stopped shopping elsewhere. We do not sell live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call. Your team handles outreach, qualification, application development and the processor relationship.
Our fresh exclusive option limits the sale of that inquiry to one platform buyer during that stage. That gives you a different purchasing arrangement from our shared option, which permits up to three buyers. It does not create an exclusive relationship between you and the merchant.
Fresh exclusivity also does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Choose exclusive because you want fewer competing buyers through our platform at the fresh stage, not because you expect permanent control over the opportunity. For high-risk teams, the value depends on how well your underwriting relationships match the merchant’s actual business.
Our exclusive base price is $45 per lead, compared with $25 for shared leads. High-risk and high-volume profiles can carry different pricing, so review the price attached to your selection before purchasing. Neither purchase type changes a processor’s approval standards.
Our aged base prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. Aged inquiries offer a lower-cost route to reopening conversations, but they are not equivalent to fresh exclusive opportunities. Prior outreach, elapsed time and changed merchant needs should shape your buying decision.
Use high-risk include when your team can handle a broader mix that also contains high-risk businesses. Use high-risk only when you want purchases focused on this category. Then narrow your buying plan around the verticals your processing relationships can realistically support.
Do not treat CBD, nutraceuticals, adult, credit repair and travel as one underwriting profile. Before buying, identify acceptable business models and processing-volume ranges with your partners. During outreach, confirm the product or service, fulfillment timing, recurring billing, processing history and current payment problem. Do not assume every merchant detail will be available before your conversation.
We run our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns for merchant-services inquiries. Our campaigns display this consent disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. An aged purchase does not renew consent, and you should not assume every historical inquiry carries this same disclosure.
Our dashboard, email and webhook delivery are independent channels, so you can organize review and routing around your team’s workflow. Use dashboard access for reviewing purchases, email for direct visibility and webhook delivery for your connected workflow. Keep the consent context associated with each new campaign inquiry as you route it.
For high-risk purchases, decide who owns the first review and who handles processor matching. A buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant consent. Alerts notify you about activity; they are not merchant outreach and do not replace your team’s qualification process.
Our return window is 72 hours. Review purchases promptly and raise concerns within that window rather than waiting until a long underwriting review concludes. Keep any return request focused on the specific issue with the inquiry.
A processor declining a merchant is not proof that the inquiry was defective. High-risk placement depends on business activity, documentation and the processor’s own standards; we offer no approval or placement guarantee. If you also buy aged inquiries, our aged return policy is limited to bad phone numbers. Do not treat difficulty reaching a merchant as a promised refund.
Start with your processor appetite, not a broad industry label. List the verticals you can support, identify who will qualify each inquiry and choose include or only filtering accordingly. Review current prices before committing your budget, especially for high-risk or high-volume profiles.
Our Starter, Growth and Scale packs are $250, $500 and $1,000. Custom packs start at $250. We require no contracts, and you can pause anytime. Set up your preferred delivery channels before buying and make sure your team can promptly work the volume you select. For buying guidance, contact our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.
Use the inquiry to open a focused business conversation rather than pitch an instant solution. For CBD and nutraceuticals, clarify the actual products and sales model. For adult businesses, establish the business activity before discussing processing options. For credit repair, understand billing and service delivery. For travel, explore booking timing, advance payments and fulfillment exposure.
Across these verticals, ask about current processing, monthly volume, refunds, disputes and the reason for seeking a change. These are qualification priorities for your conversation, not promises about information included with every purchase. Confirm partner fit before presenting a potential path forward.
Choose our exclusive high-risk inquiries when you have relevant processor relationships, a clear qualification routine and capacity for direct follow-up. Paying for fresh exclusivity makes less sense if your team cannot serve the selected vertical or leaves inquiries waiting while searching for a processing partner.
If your objection is that a high-risk merchant may still be declined, that concern is valid: exclusivity changes the buying arrangement, not underwriting. Evaluate your purchases using your own contact, qualification, application and placement outcomes. Compare cost against the accounts you actually board and retain, without assuming a fixed return from any lead purchase.
HighRiskMerchantProcessors.com is part of our owned network, attracting merchants seeking high-risk processing. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
No contracts. Pause anytime.
Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

No. We sell the merchant-services inquiry, not processor approval. You need to confirm the merchant’s products, business model and documentation against your processing partners’ requirements.
Use only when you want high-risk inquiries rather than a broader mix. Then align your selection with travel opportunities your partners can support; the high-risk label alone does not establish travel suitability.
Yes. Our fresh exclusive arrangement means one platform buyer at that stage. It does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale or prevent the merchant from independently approaching other providers.
