    91–180 Day Aged Merchant Leads

Our 91–180 Day Aged Merchant Leads are merchant-services inquiries priced at $1.50 per lead before applicable adjustments and volume discounts. This tier gives you a lower-cost reactivation option than newer aged inquiries. You should plan for lower contact rates, reassess each merchant’s current needs, and match purchase volume to your team’s follow-up capacity.

What makes our 91–180 day aged merchant leads a reactivation purchase?

You are buying inquiries made 91–180 days ago, not a fresh request for a processing conversation today. During that interval, a merchant may have changed providers, postponed a decision or resolved the original issue. Your first job is to establish whether a payment-processing need still exists.

Our $1.50 base price reflects this older inquiry window. The minimum aged order is 25 leads, which equals $37.50 at the tier base price before applicable adjustments. Choose this tier when your representatives can qualify older interest efficiently rather than treating every inquiry as an active buying opportunity.

How does the $1.50 tier compare with newer aged, shared and exclusive leads?

Our aged base prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. Moving from 31–90 days to this tier halves the base acquisition cost, but gives you an older inquiry to reactivate.

Our fresh shared leads cost $25 and can reach up to three buyers. Fresh exclusive leads cost $45. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Aged leads can be sold up to five times, so age and prior sales are separate considerations. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads. Compare buying cost alongside contact effort and merchant fit, not as a substitute for either.

How do volume discounts affect a 91–180 day purchase?

Our volume discounts are 10% at 100 leads and 20% at 500 leads. Using only the $1.50 tier base price, 100 leads total $150 before the volume discount and $135 after it. At 500 leads, the corresponding totals are $750 and $600. Those calculations isolate the tier base and volume discount; they do not include other price adjustments.

A larger purchase lowers acquisition cost per lead, but it also adds outreach work. Before choosing 500 instead of 100, estimate how many older inquiries your team can review and pursue without crowding out active opportunities. Buy for usable capacity rather than the discount alone.

Why should you expect lower contact rates from this older inquiry window?

Compared with newer inquiries, 91–180 day leads give merchants more time to change priorities, switch providers or stop recognizing the original request. Plan for lower contact rates without assigning an unsupported percentage to the difference. A reachable merchant may also have no current reason to revisit processing.

Keep separate counts for attempted outreach, successful contact, current need and qualified opportunity. This prevents a low purchase price from hiding an expensive follow-up routine. Review your own results by age tier: the relevant question is whether this older group produces worthwhile conversations for the time your representatives spend.

How should you reopen a conversation after 91–180 days?

Lead with context and a current-needs question. A useful opening is: “You previously asked about merchant services. Are you still reviewing your payment setup, or has that already been resolved?” Do not describe the inquiry as recent or assume the merchant remembers it.

If the need remains, ask what changed: processing volume, payment channels, provider satisfaction or the timing of a possible switch. If the merchant already moved, establish whether any unresolved issue warrants a conversation rather than restarting the original pitch. Use a measured outreach cadence, honor opt-outs and stop pursuing merchants who clearly decline. Reactivation works best as fresh qualification, not repeated delivery of an old offer.

Where do our campaign inquiries originate, and what does consent cover?

We run our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns. Our campaigns display this disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:

“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. That describes our new campaign process, not a blanket claim about every older inquiry’s history. Buying an aged lead does not renew consent. You remain responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. Your opt-in for buyer SMS alerts is separate from a merchant’s consent.

Which filters and qualification priorities matter most for this tier?

Start with the 91–180 day age range, then narrow your buying criteria around industries, geography and processing-volume bands your team can serve. Use available details to prioritize suitable merchants rather than assuming every inquiry includes every merchant detail.

For an older inquiry, treat the original business profile as a starting point. Reconfirm current volume, payment methods and processing needs when you connect. A merchant that originally needed e-commerce processing may now have different requirements. Prior sales also deserve attention: an aged inquiry is not automatically exclusive or untouched. Build your selection around service fit and your representatives’ ability to offer a relevant next step.

How do you set up delivery without confusing alerts with merchant outreach?

Use dashboard, email and webhook delivery as distinct channels in your buying workflow. The dashboard supports direct review, email supports inbox-based handling, and webhook delivery supports routing into your own tools. Decide who owns each purchased inquiry before your team begins outreach, especially when several representatives use different channels.

Keep buyer notifications separate from merchant communication. An SMS alert opt-in concerns alerts to you; it does not authorize messages to merchants. Our product is a lead purchase, not a connected conversation or a scheduled meeting. For this older tier, your setup should support review, assignment and requalification rather than assume immediate merchant availability.

What can you return when an older inquiry is difficult to reach?

Our aged-lead return window is 72 hours, and the eligible return reason is a bad phone number. Review purchases promptly so you can identify that issue within the window.

A valid number with no answer is different from a bad number. So are a merchant who has already switched providers, an outdated buying timeline and a merchant who no longer wants to discuss processing. Those outcomes are part of evaluating older interest, not additional aged-return reasons. Set your team’s expectations before purchase: this tier offers a lower acquisition price, not a promise of reachability or an active processing decision.

When is the 91–180 day tier the right buying decision?

Choose this tier when you have disciplined follow-up capacity, clear merchant qualification criteria and room to work through lower contact rates. Favor a newer tier when inquiry recency matters more to your workflow than a lower initial cost. Consider 180+ days when your priority is the lowest aged base price and you can accommodate still older interest.

We require no contracts, and you can pause anytime. Start with a manageable quantity, assess your own contact quality and representative workload, then consider a larger discounted purchase. For help choosing an approach, you can speak with our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.

    Where these leads come from

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

What should you know before contacting a merchant?

Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

    No contracts. Pause anytime.

Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

What else do payments reps ask?

Does the 91–180 day tier include inquiries older than 180 days?

No. This tier covers inquiries aged 91–180 days. Our 180+ tier starts at 181 days and has a $0.75 base price, compared with $1.50 here.

Does a 25-lead purchase receive the 100-lead discount?

No. Our aged minimum is 25 leads, while the 10% volume discount begins at 100 leads. The 20% discount begins at 500 leads.

Should you use the original processing volume as current qualification?

Use it to prioritize review, then reconfirm it with the merchant. After 91–180 days, sales volume and payment requirements may have changed enough to affect provider fit.

Does buying more leads solve lower contact rates?

A larger order adds inquiries to work; it does not make each merchant easier to reach. Apply volume discounts only after considering your team’s capacity and results from older-interest outreach.
