You are buying older merchant-services inquiries for your own outreach, not a current conversation or a booked meeting. Bulk buying gives your payments representatives a larger reactivation list at a lower acquisition cost than our fresh shared or exclusive options.
Age matters because the merchant’s processing needs may have changed since the original inquiry. Before pitching a switch, you should establish whether the business still needs processing help and whether your offer fits its current operation.
Our aged inventory currently totals 928 leads across the age tiers. That total is not a promise that any single age band or buying preference contains enough leads for your planned order.
Our aged minimum order is 25 leads. The first volume break starts at 100 leads, with 10% off; the next starts at 500 leads, with 20% off. Use the applicable volume bracket rather than adding the two percentages together.
At the $0.75 base price, a 25-lead order calculates as 25 × $0.75 = $18.75 before applicable price adjustments. That smaller purchase lets you assess your outreach routine without buying hundreds of inquiries immediately.
Choose your quantity around available rep capacity. A lower unit price helps only when your team can work the additional volume. Buying 500 leads does not make sense solely because it unlocks a larger percentage discount.
Our base aged prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days, and $0.75 for 180+ days. These rates let you compare recency against purchase cost before applicable adjustments.
For 100 leads, applying the 10% volume discount produces these tier-based totals: $540, $270, $135, and $67.50, respectively. For 500 leads, applying the 20% discount produces totals of $2,400, $1,200, $600, and $300.
These calculations use each age tier’s base price. Prior-sale status and other applicable pricing adjustments can change your order total. Pricing can also vary for high-risk or high-volume leads, so compare the selected leads rather than treating every inquiry within an age band as interchangeable.
Consider a purchase priced at our $3 base rate for 31–90 day leads, using the volume discount without other adjustments. This is a pricing calculation, not a reservation of 500 leads in that tier.
Step 1: Multiply quantity by base price: 500 × $3 = $1,500. Step 2: Apply the 500+ discount: $1,500 × 20% = $300 off. Step 3: Subtract the discount: $1,500 − $300 = $1,200. Step 4: Divide by quantity: $1,200 ÷ 500 = $2.40 per lead.
For 100 leads in the same tier, the calculation is 100 × $3 = $300; $300 × 10% = $30 off; $300 − $30 = $270, or $2.70 per lead.
The larger order reduces the unit cost by $0.30 but increases total spending by $930. You receive 400 additional inquiries, so your decision should account for the extra follow-up workload.
Our fresh shared leads cost $25 each and can be sold to up to three buyers. Fresh exclusive leads cost $45 each. Aged leads start at $0.75, with a maximum of five aged sales per lead.
Choose bulk aged when your team has the capacity to revisit older interest and reassess processing needs. Choose fresh options when recency matters more than keeping acquisition cost low. These are different buying strategies, not equivalent products at different prices.
Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. You should therefore assess both age and prior-sale status rather than assuming an older inquiry has never reached another payments representative.
Start with the age tier and quantity, then review available industry, location, processing-volume, and prior-sale information against your merchant-services offer. Do not assume every merchant detail is present.
Your qualification criteria should reflect the accounts you can realistically serve. A rep focused on established retail merchants may need a different selection from a team handling e-commerce or higher-risk processing needs.
Compare a narrower selection with a broader order before chasing the 500+ discount. The practical question is whether the extra leads suit your sales process. Keep separate budgets for selections with different prices so a blended average does not hide the cost of your preferred merchants.
Our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns display a consent disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers:
“By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp, and source page in dashboard, email, and webhook delivery. This does not mean every historical aged inquiry carries that same disclosure or that purchasing an aged lead renews consent.
You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. Review the consent information associated with your purchase before launching a bulk contact effort.
Treat dashboard access, email delivery, and webhook delivery as separate channels in your operating plan. Decide where your reps will review leads and how your team will prevent duplicate assignments when the same lead reaches more than one destination.
Before buying, choose your age band, set a spending limit, and assign responsibility for intake and follow-up. Use the selected order pricing to confirm the discount calculation before committing to a larger quantity.
Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant consent. Receiving an alert does not grant permission for your outreach. We have no contracts, and you can pause anytime; you do not need a recurring buying commitment to use bulk aged leads.
Our aged-lead return window is 72 hours, and the eligible return reason is a bad phone number. Organize your initial review around that window, particularly when purchasing 500 or more leads.
An unanswered call, changed processing preference, or merchant who is not interested is not the same as a bad phone number. Do not build your bulk budget around returning inquiries simply because a rep cannot start a conversation.
Assign an owner to review potential bad-phone issues promptly. A larger order increases the review workload even when its per-lead cost is lower.
Choose 25 when you want a smaller initial commitment. Choose 100 when your team can work a larger batch and the 10% discount fits your budget. Choose 500 when you have sufficient outreach capacity and an appropriate selection to justify the 20% discount.
Your purchase calculation should include rep time as well as lead cost. Track contact attempts, conversations, and subsequent sales outcomes by age tier rather than judging every aged purchase as one category.

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.
