    31–90 Day Aged Merchant Leads

Our 31–90 Day Aged Merchant Leads cost $3 per lead before applicable adjustments and volume discounts—half the $6 base price of our 1–30 day band. You buy mid-age merchant-services inquiries for structured follow-up, not fresh demand. This tier suits payments representatives who can reassess merchant needs and manage a deliberate outreach cadence.

What are you buying in our 31–90 day aged tier?

You are buying merchant-services inquiries that are between 31 and 90 days old. This is our second aged price tier: older than the 1–30 day band, but newer than our 91–180 day and 180+ day options.

The original inquiry gives you a reason to explore whether a processing need remains. It does not establish that the merchant is still shopping, available to speak or ready to change providers. We sell leads, not live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call. Your team handles outreach, qualification and the sales conversation.

How much do you save compared with the 1–30 day band?

Our 31–90 day base price is $3, compared with $6 for 1–30 days—a $3 reduction per inquiry and a 50% lower acquisition cost. Our aged minimum order is 25 leads. At base prices, 25 inquiries cost $75 in this band versus $150 in the newer band, before adjustments.

Our other aged base prices are $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. Shared leads cost $25 and fresh exclusive leads cost $45. Shared leads can go to up to three buyers. Fresh exclusivity applies at that sales stage; it does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads.

How do purchase history and volume change the $3 price?

Treat $3 as the starting point, not a universal final price. Our never-sold aged option carries a 50% premium, making a 31–90 day inquiry $4.50 before other applicable adjustments. Worked aged leads with at least three prior sales receive a 25% discount, bringing this tier to $2.25 before other applicable adjustments. Our aged sales cap is five.

Volume discounts begin at 100 leads with 10% off and reach 20% at 500 leads. For a base-tier-only calculation, 100 leads total $270 after the volume discount; 500 total $1,200. These are price calculations, not promises of available quantities or sales results.

What response expectations should guide your buying decision?

At 31–90 days, some merchants may already have selected a processor, delayed their plans or changed priorities. Others may still need help but require a fresh discussion of their current situation. You should expect to requalify rather than continue an active buying conversation.

The lower price can make broader follow-up practical, but it does not make your representatives’ time free. Compare meaningful conversations, qualified opportunities and activated accounts alongside lead spend and labor. If your desk needs immediate conversations rather than list-based outreach, the lower purchase price alone is not a reason to choose this tier.

Where do our inquiries originate, and what consent applies?

Our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns attract merchant-services inquiries and display this disclosure: “By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Do not assume every historical aged inquiry carries the same consent history. Aging or purchasing an inquiry does not renew consent. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach, including reviewing the applicable consent and honoring opt-outs.

Which filters should shape a 31–90 day purchase?

Start with the age band, then use available filters to narrow toward merchants your processing relationships can support. Review industry, processing-volume band, geography and prior sales status where available. For high-risk buying, use high-risk include or only filtering to align the purchase with your placement capabilities.

Keep age and sales history separate in your decision. A never-sold 80-day inquiry is still older demand; a previously sold 35-day inquiry is not exclusive. Neither label replaces qualification. Do not build your workflow around receiving every merchant detail. Confirm the current business model, processing arrangement, timing and reason for considering a change during your conversation.

What working cadence fits inquiries that are 31–90 days old?

We recommend a short, planned sequence rather than repeated daily chasing. As an illustrative cadence, review the inquiry and outreach permissions on day one, make an appropriate first attempt, then schedule spaced follow-ups over the next two weeks. Use only channels appropriate to the merchant’s consent and your outreach obligations.

Open by asking whether the earlier merchant-services need is still relevant. Do not describe a weeks-old inquiry as something the merchant just requested. Track no answer, no current need, already placed, qualified interest and opt-out separately. Stop when required, and set a clear closing point for unanswered outreach so this lower-cost tier does not consume unlimited sales time.

How should you set up ownership and delivery before buying?

Assign one representative to each inquiry and decide how follow-up tasks will reach that person before you order. Keep the 31–90 day group separate from newer inquiries so you can compare effort and outcomes without mixing age bands.

Our dashboard, email and webhook delivery are distinct channels. Decide which your team will use for review, notifications and routing; do not count copies received through separate channels as separate opportunities. Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant outreach consent. Receiving an alert does not authorize you to text a merchant. Begin with a workload your team can actually follow through on.

What can you return from this aged tier?

Our aged return policy allows bad-phone returns within 72 hours. Review phone usability promptly and submit eligible concerns within that window rather than waiting until your full follow-up sequence ends.

No answer, an older inquiry, a merchant who already chose a processor or a conversation that does not produce an account is not a bad-phone return reason. Separate phone validity from sales readiness in your tracking. This distinction matters particularly in the 31–90 day band: you are paying less for older demand, not purchasing an assurance that the original buying need remains open.

When should you choose this band instead of paying $6?

Choose our $3 band when you have disciplined follow-up capacity and want lower acquisition costs while staying within a 90-day inquiry window. Choose the $6 band when greater recency is worth the extra spend to your team. Compare both on qualified opportunities and total selling effort, not simply leads purchased.

We have no contracts, and you can pause anytime. Establish your review point before buying more: assess reachability, current need, placement fit and representative workload. For help choosing an approach, you can speak with our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.

    Where these leads come from

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

What should you know before contacting a merchant?

Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

    No contracts. Pause anytime.

Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

What else do payments reps ask?

Does paying half the 1–30 day price mean I should buy twice as many?

Not automatically. At base prices, your budget buys twice as many 31–90 day inquiries, but your follow-up workload also grows. Size your purchase around representative capacity.

Can a 31–90 day lead still have an active processing need?

Yes, but you must confirm it. Ask what has changed since the inquiry and whether the merchant still wants to review processing options.

Is a never-sold inquiry in this band priced below a standard 1–30 day inquiry?

Yes. Our 31–90 day never-sold price is $4.50 versus the standard 1–30 day base price of $6, before other applicable adjustments.

Should I wait until the outreach sequence ends to check for bad phones?

No. Our aged return window is 72 hours. Review phone usability early while keeping your longer sales follow-up schedule separate.
