What are you buying in our 180+ day aged tier?

You are buying merchant-services inquiries aged 181 days or more, not fresh expressions of interest. A merchant may have changed processors, postponed a decision or resolved the original need. Your first job is to establish whether a relevant payments conversation still exists.

At $0.75 per lead before applicable adjustments, this is our lowest-priced aged band. The minimum aged order is 25 leads. Choose this tier for affordable follow-up volume, not because age implies continuing interest, current qualification or an available decision-maker.

Which payments teams should buy the oldest aged band?

Our oldest tier fits representatives with available dialing capacity, a consistent qualification process and the patience to sort current opportunities from outdated inquiries. It can also suit managers who want a separate reactivation queue without putting fresh-lead dollars behind every attempt.

You should favor a newer tier if your workflow depends on a recent inquiry or your team cannot absorb unsuccessful attempts. A low purchase price does not remove labor cost. We recommend judging this band by meaningful conversations and resulting business, rather than the size of the list you purchase.

How does $0.75 compare with our other merchant lead options?

Our aged base prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. Fresh shared leads are $25 and may be shared with up to three buyers. Fresh exclusive leads are $45. Pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads.

Aged leads may be sold up to five times. Fresh exclusivity does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale. When choosing the oldest band, you are prioritizing acquisition cost over recency; you are not purchasing fresh exclusivity.

How should you evaluate price adjustments before a larger purchase?

Use the $0.75 tier price as your starting point, then review the price shown for your selection. Never-sold aged leads carry a 50% adjustment, while worked aged leads with at least three prior sales receive a 25% discount. Our quantity discounts are 10% at 100 leads and 20% at 500 leads.

Do not build a buying plan around base price alone. Prior sales and quantity can affect your selection's economics. For this oldest band, compare the purchase total with the rep time you can realistically devote to follow-up.

Where do our campaign inquiries come from, and what consent applies?

We run our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns. Our campaigns display this consent disclosure: “By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Do not assume that buying an aged inquiry renews consent or that every historical inquiry carries this disclosure. You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your outreach. Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant consent.

Which filters matter most when you buy 180+ day inquiries?

Start with the 180+ day age band, then use available industry, geography and processing-volume filters to align your selection with the merchant accounts you can serve. For older inquiries, processing fit matters more than simply maximizing list size. Avoid filling a calling queue with business categories outside your processor's appetite.

Treat prior merchant details as a starting point for qualification, not a current account profile. Confirm the business's present processing needs, volume and decision process during your conversation. Do not plan a rigid script that depends on every merchant detail being available.

How should you structure a high-volume dialing workflow for this tier?

Keep 180+ day leads in a distinct queue so older inquiries do not displace fresh follow-up. Before dialing, apply your suppression process, check your outreach permissions and remove duplicates already being handled by your team. Assign manageable batches with clear ownership.

Open by identifying yourself and checking whether a merchant-services discussion is still relevant; do not present the inquiry as recent. Use consistent outcomes such as no answer, bad phone number, no current need and qualified conversation. Schedule appropriate follow-up, honor opt-outs and measure both dialing effort and meaningful conversations before expanding.

How do delivery channels and setup support an aged-lead routine?

Our dashboard, email and webhook delivery provide separate ways to access lead information. You can review purchases in the dashboard, use email for a straightforward rep workflow or route webhook delivery into your own systems. Keep one operational owner for each inquiry even when more than one channel reaches your team.

Before purchasing this tier, prepare your queue labels, rep assignments, suppression checks and outcome tracking. We have no contracts, and you can pause anytime. Build purchase frequency around your ability to work the oldest inquiries rather than accumulating an untouched backlog.

What can you return from a 180+ day aged purchase?

Returns for this tier are limited to bad phone numbers, with a 72-hour return window. Review phone usability promptly so you can raise eligible issues within that window. Keep bad phone outcomes separate from unanswered calls and unsuccessful sales conversations.

No answer, lack of interest, a merchant already having a processor or failure to close a sale are not listed aged return reasons. The narrow return policy is an important buying consideration at this price: you are taking on the work of assessing an older inquiry, not buying a promise of reachability or intent.

How should you decide whether to keep buying this band?

Review your first completed batch before increasing volume. Compare purchase spend and rep time with qualified conversations, applications and activated accounts. Keep those results separate from newer tiers so a low lead price does not hide an expensive calling workflow.

If most conversations reveal no current need, refine your selection or consider a newer age band instead of simply buying more. We sell leads, not live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call services. For help choosing a buying approach, contact our founder, Chad Buchanan, at (248) 686-6955.

    Where these leads come from

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

What should you know before contacting a merchant?

Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

    No contracts. Pause anytime.

Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

What else do payments reps ask?

Does the 180+ label include leads exactly 180 days old?

No. Our 180+ tier starts at 181 days. An inquiry exactly 180 days old belongs in our 91–180 day band, which has a $1.50 base price.

Should you buy the oldest band if you have very little dialing time?

Usually, this tier is better suited to teams with follow-up capacity. If your time is tightly limited, compare newer inquiries rather than choosing solely on the $0.75 base price.

Can you return an older inquiry because the merchant already switched processors?

No. That is not a listed aged return reason. Our aged returns are limited to bad phone numbers within 72 hours, so your workflow should qualify the merchant's current situation.

Does never-sold mean a 180+ day inquiry is recent?

No. Never-sold describes prior sales, not inquiry age. A never-sold lead in this tier is still at least 181 days old, and you still need to establish current interest.

Should your reps describe these merchants as recent applicants?

No. Keep your opening accurate. Identify your business, explain the merchant-services purpose of your outreach and establish whether a discussion is relevant today without implying a recent request.
