    1–30 Day Aged Merchant Leads

Our 1–30 Day Aged Merchant Leads give you our newest aged merchant-services inquiries at a $6 base price per lead—the highest-priced aged tier. This option suits payments representatives who want recent inquiries below fresh-lead pricing and can work a follow-up list. Prior sales and the never-sold adjustment still affect pricing.

What makes a 1–30 day aged merchant lead different?

You are buying a merchant-services inquiry in our newest aged category, not a merchant who is necessarily waiting for your call today. The original inquiry is recent relative to our older aged tiers, but the merchant may already have spoken with another payments representative, selected a processor or changed priorities.

We price this tier above older aged inquiries because it offers the shortest elapsed time within our aged range. That makes it useful when you want to revisit recent processing needs without paying fresh-lead prices. Age describes timing; it does not establish current interest, availability or account eligibility.

Who should choose our newest aged tier over older inquiries?

Choose 1–30 day aged leads when your team can make timely, organized follow-up attempts and qualify whether a recent processing need remains open. This tier fits representatives who prefer a recent conversation starter over the lower acquisition cost of much older inquiries.

It is less suitable if your sales process depends on immediate engagement or assumes the merchant has never heard from another provider. We do not sell live transfers, appointments, inbound calls or pay-per-call. You purchase leads for your own outreach, qualification and sales process. Your ability to reconnect and uncover an unresolved need matters more than simply buying the youngest aged option.

How does the $6 tier price compare with fresh and older aged leads?

Our current base prices are $25 for fresh shared leads and $45 for fresh exclusive leads. Fresh shared leads can go to up to three buyers. Fresh exclusive delivery gives you exclusivity at that stage; it does not prohibit later disclosed aged resale.

Within aged leads, our base prices are $6 for 1–30 days, $3 for 31–90 days, $1.50 for 91–180 days and $0.75 for 180+ days. The $6 tier therefore trades a higher aged acquisition cost for a more recent inquiry date.

Do not treat the base price as a universal final price. Prior-sale adjustments still apply, and pricing can vary for high-risk or high-volume leads.

How do prior sales and the never-sold adjustment affect this tier?

A recent aged inquiry is not automatically never sold. Our aged policy allows up to five sales, so you should consider sales history alongside age rather than assuming that a young inquiry means an untouched opportunity.

The never-sold adjustment adds 50% to the aged base price. Applied to this tier’s $6 base alone, that produces $9. Leads with at least three prior sales receive a 25% worked-lead discount; applied to the base alone, that produces $4.50. These examples isolate the relevant adjustment rather than presenting a universal final price.

Never sold describes purchase history, not renewed merchant intent. Likewise, prior sales indicate potential competition, not proof that the merchant has already selected a processor.

What reachability should you expect compared with fresh inquiries?

Plan for more requalification than you would with a fresh inquiry. A merchant contacted shortly after submitting an inquiry may remember it more readily; even within 1–30 days, attention can shift and another provider may have resolved the original need. We do not promise a contact rate or a fixed reachability advantage over older tiers.

Open with context and confirm whether the merchant still wants to discuss payment processing. Then establish the current processor, the remaining concern and a sensible next step. Avoid language suggesting the merchant just submitted an inquiry. Track conversations and qualified opportunities separately so your team can judge whether this tier suits its outreach approach.

Where do our campaign inquiries come from, and what consent accompanies them?

We run our own paid Facebook and Google campaigns. Those campaigns display this consent disclosure: “By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

New campaign leads carry the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in dashboard, email and webhook delivery. Do not assume every historical imported inquiry carries the same consent documentation. Aged resale does not renew consent.

You are responsible for TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach. Review the consent associated with an inquiry and your intended contact method before contacting the merchant.

Which filters and qualification criteria matter most for 1–30 day leads?

Keep age and prior-sale status separate when narrowing your purchase. Both affect the buying decision, but they answer different questions: when the inquiry arrived and how much prior buyer exposure it has had.

Use available industry, location and processing-volume filters to align inquiries with the merchant accounts you can realistically support. For example, a representative focused on e-commerce should assess business fit rather than buy solely because an inquiry is recent. We do not promise every merchant detail is available.

After contact, confirm the merchant’s actual business model and processing needs. A recent inquiry does not replace underwriting, qualification or a review of your processor’s appetite.

How do delivery and setup work for an aged-lead buying routine?

Our dashboard, email and webhook are independent delivery channels. You can use dashboard access for review, email for your working queue or a webhook for your sales workflow. New campaign consent documentation accompanies delivery through each of these channels.

Our aged minimum order is 25 leads. Pack amounts are $250 for Starter, $500 for Growth and $1,000 for Scale; custom packs start at $250. Decide how your team will assign inquiries and record outcomes before purchasing, particularly if you mix never-sold and previously sold aged leads.

We have no contracts, and you can pause anytime. Buyer SMS alert opt-in is separate from merchant consent and should be handled as its own preference.

What can you return from a 1–30 day aged purchase?

Our aged-lead return window is 72 hours, and the eligible return reason is a bad phone number. Review phone usability promptly so you can raise an eligible issue within that window.

A merchant not answering, declining a conversation or having already chosen a provider is different from a bad phone number. Those outcomes can occur with aged inquiries and are not additional aged return reasons. The newer age band does not expand the return policy or turn the purchase into an engagement guarantee. Build your buying decision around that distinction rather than treating every unsuccessful outreach attempt as a return.

How should you decide whether the newest aged tier deserves more budget?

Assess this tier separately from fresh leads and older aged purchases. Track purchase cost, outreach effort, actual conversations, qualified opportunities and accounts that begin processing. Separate never-sold inquiries from heavily worked inquiries so different price adjustments do not obscure your results.

The practical question is whether recent aged inquiries create worthwhile sales opportunities for your team—not whether $6 looks inexpensive beside $25 or $45. Start with an organized workload and use your own outcomes to guide further purchases. Where these leads come from

Our owned merchant-services sites and campaigns attract business owners searching for processing quotes, savings reviews and provider comparisons. New campaign inquiries are inbound and include partner-contact consent. Historical aged leads retain their original source and consent evidence; they are not new inquiries.

What should you know before contacting a merchant?

Our campaigns capture merchant inquiries with a disclosure naming MerchantCardLeads and partner payment-processing providers. New campaign leads include the captured consent text, timestamp and source page in your dashboard, email and webhook delivery. You are responsible for following TCPA and DNC rules in your own outreach.

By submitting, you agree that MerchantCardLeads and its partner payment-processing providers may contact you by phone, text and email about merchant services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Buyer SMS alerts use a separate opt-in: “I agree to receive automated lead-alert text messages from MerchantCardLeads at this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

    No contracts. Pause anytime.

Real-time return requests: within 72 hours. Approved returns become wallet credits; “already has a processor” is not a valid return reason. Aged returns: bad phone only.

What else do payments reps ask?

Does a 1–30 day label mean I will be the first representative to call?

No. The label describes inquiry age, not first-contact status. Review prior sales separately. Even a never-sold inquiry does not prove the merchant has avoided other providers.

Why might a never-sold inquiry cost $9 instead of $6?

Our never-sold adjustment is 50%. Applied to the $6 tier base alone, it produces $9. Other applicable pricing factors can affect the final price.

Should I use the same opening as I use for fresh inquiries?

Do not imply the inquiry arrived moments ago. Refer to the earlier merchant-services interest, confirm whether the need remains open and ask permission to continue the discussion.

Does buying the newest aged tier restart merchant consent?

No. Purchasing an aged inquiry does not renew consent. Review the associated consent documentation and apply TCPA and DNC rules to your own outreach.
